I'm looking for dual key unit that is available within 3 months, near mrt & cost less than $1300psf. Should I be looking at this or just search for something else? Thanks

will you be staying there or are you looking for purely investment? Dual key is a relatively new concept from a few years ago, there arent many dual-key already completed projects in the market. May we discuss over email about your requirements? Thanks.
